We accept returns only under the following conditions:
1. The customer contacts us within one week of receiving the merchandise, provided that the item remains brand new and unused.
2. The customer changes their mind after placing an order, provided that we have not yet arranged for shipment.
We do not accept returns under the following conditions:
1. The customer has purchased our tent seam-sealing service; returns are not accepted in this case, as this renders the item ineligible for resale.
2. More than one week has elapsed since the customer received the merchandise.
3. The product has been used.
